How does Disco Bingo The Game work?
Disco Bingo The Game is a game based on the famous bingo game. There are no numbers on the bingo card, but well-known songs. You give all participants a card of the same edition. You play the music via the app. With a full row or full card you have bingo. You can order extra editions (replenishment sets) if you have run out of cards or if you want a different theme.
How can I order?
You can place your order through the site. Unfortunately you cannot order by phone. You can pay with various payment options.
* The game boxes have recently also been sold at various shops in the Netherlands. Check out our points of sale for a store near you.
When will my package be shipped?
All orders are normally dispatched the same working day, provided the order is placed before 2pm. It is possible that your package will be shipped a day later, which is why we maintain a delivery time of 1 to 3 days. No packages will be sent on Saturday and Sunday. The shipments are processed by PostNL. After your order you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can see where your package is at that moment on the PostNL site.
Postage costs
The shipping costs are free in the Netherlands for all our products. All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. Shipping costs for abroad are displayed during the ordering process.
I have not received my order, what now?
Shipping is at your own risk. Unless you choose registered mail. There are additional costs associated with this, but it gives you more certainty. Disco Bingo The Game Box game boxes are sent in a letterbox box and in all cases receive a Track & Trace code. Disco Bingo The Big Box is sent in a large package and does not fit through the letterbox, you will also receive a Track & Trace code after shipment. Only in the case of Registered Mail, your package is insured. You can choose this option in the payment process. Supplementary sets ordered separately (up to 2 pieces) are sent by letter post and do not receive a Track & Trace code.
How can I receive the newsletter?
With every order you can check in the last step whether you want to be subscribed to our newsletter. The newsletter contains all our offers and promotions. If you have unchecked this box, you can still register for the newsletter via the start page on the homepage of our site (at the bottom).
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
If you would like to receive a VAT invoice for your order, please send an email to info@discobingo.com with your name, address and order number. The invoice will then be emailed to you as soon as possible.
Can I exchange or return my item?
You cannot exchange your item. You can return your unopened and/or unused item to
Disco Bingo, Valeriusstraat 29, 2517 HM The Hague.
Please state your name, address, order number and IBAN number and the reason for the return. The purchase amount will then be refunded to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the shipping costs for the package to be returned will not be reimbursed.
Unfortunately, the digital bingo cards cannot be returned.
Why can't I hear anything in the app?
Is your sound on? If you still don't hear anything, we recommend uninstalling and downloading the app again. The app is regularly checked and everything works properly. The songs play for 30 seconds. If you come across something that does not work as expected, please let us know via info@discobingo.com. We will then look into it as soon as possible.
If a song cannot be heard, you can still play the game, check the playlist to see which song you missed and pass this on to all other players. This way you ensure that a full card can still be played.
I have more than 25 fellow players in one game, what can I do?
Most sets of bingo cards consist of 25 bingo cards. Every second supplement set you order contains the same cards again. This naturally helps double bingos, but that's what we've added the shame cards or the wheel of shame that come with the game. It contains all fun activities that can be performed with a double bingo. So you create a kind of battle in which the other participants act as a jury.
Some versions are available with 50 cards. You can order these sets, they contain different cards than the 25 card version. If you would like more cards, we can custom make this for you at an additional cost.
I want to play the digital version online. Can the app be linked to my online meeting?
Yes, that's possible! Surf to www.disco.bingo and there you will find a Web version of the app. You link this by enabling 'Share Screen' from the video chat program. Extensive explanation is supplied with the order of the digital maps, or can be found on this page .
